I don't think veganism has anything to do with humans reproducing . I think it's a different topic. But it's a valid thought for some people. But veganism is about cruelty, death ,torture and suffering of animals. Vegans stop that in there own personal life.
Antinatalism is about elimination of suffering/cruelty/death/torture and suffering in both humans and animals, I suppose.
The only comparison I can see is that it’s a lifestyle choice. Just because someone doesn’t believe in human procreation, means they care two hoots about animals, the environment, a healthy lifestyle… or anything else vegans stand for.
Ah, childfree is a lifestyle choice, antinatalism is about a person's duty to not cause suffering.
