Blistered Broccoli in Tahini-Caper Sauce

I was inspired by Nishakanti’s previous post for Rigatoni Cauliflower in Tahini-Caper Sauce, here’s the link to the original post: http://aminoapps.serieya.com/p/isbqzj. I actually recreated the recipe that day for I had all the ingredients, including a cauliflower that definitely needed to be used. I really enjoyed the dish, but especially the sauce… so made a bigger batch yesterday to try in different dishes.

I had some lovely fresh veggies after a trip to the market, so tried the sauce on blistered broccoli and green beans. Absolutely delicious!

Served with basmati rice and some spicy chik’n nuggs… I forgot to get tofu, so I pulled out the frozen standby to complete the tasty meal :yum: :heart_eyes: I highly recommend that incredible, versatile sauce!
