Assuming all is taking place in public, my first step

would be to gentle remind any persons involved

about the guidelines and encourage them to drop

the situation. If it's more severe, I'd give a more firm

verbal warning and speak to all persons involved

privately, or if any other staff is available, ask for

help seeing to everyone who was involved.

I do something wrong, I immediately work towards

improvement.

Most definitely! I do get a bit self conscious about

my ads not being good enough, but if there's a

Depending on the severity, I'd either give a gentle

reminder, a firm warning, or use a system tool if

available to me. If it is something that requires a

firm warning or greater, I'd make sure to bring it up

in the staff chat as well, especially if Im unsure how

how a situation should be handled- its a very

situational thing at times.

I do! Although I'm in the middle of trying to find an

alternative to my usual editing app. I'm also not a

half bad blogger, and like making activities and

events! I can also post writing blogs for comm

engagement.
