I've stopped working out for a while because of work but I noticed that I started losing my muscle mass and it didn't feel good my mind was just focused on getting the job done and going home to rest and repeat. I decided since I'm out for like 14 hours everyday and I could only go home to rest after all that. I have 2 days off I'm going to workout upper and lower body till I could make more free time in my schedule to workout more and Improve my health. I never felt like my heart and body felt weak cause I stopped working out for a while but I really appreciate going to the gym and exercising it makes me feel alive and being in good health makes you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin, So If you have time to go and workout don't hesitate and stay safe guys :smile: :v:

Those workouts after a long break hit sooooo good though glad you're getting back to it you're killing it homie :muscle:
